Your own server makes the assistant available on the company network. Operation and storage remain within your infrastructure.

Air-gap

Deployment goal: work without a connection to external networks. Complete offline operation of the assistant still needs to be qualified.

Planned

Before disconnecting: prepare the software, container images, all models and required data locally. Text recognition and every other processing step must also work without additional downloads.

Without a connection, there are no new external emails, calendar synchronisation or internet searches. New data and updates require a deliberate import. Research then uses the knowledge already stored locally.
